Well, turns out the vote passed, FCC net neutrality regulations are gone, but the internet is still here, and actually, the concept of net neutrality is still here as well, just as it was in 2015 before the law was passed.

Its like saying if the government were to pass a law today saying is illegal to skip lines (you know, that actually is currently legal), and then a year later, we repeal that law, that doesn't mean everyone will start skipping lines in a year when they aren't yesterday. And during our year of line skipping being illegal, some will sure violate that law, perhaps even more then before the law was made.
