New book promises to put kids to sleep fast

I let my son stay up 30 minutes late last night to finish an episode of Top Gear. Then this morning I found him asleep on top of a pile of Dr. Seuss books. He was pretty happy when he got up though.

Did you hear me tell him to get back to bed at 10pm? Or, presumably, him fall out of bed at 11pm?

I say presumably because I hear a bang, him cry for a second, and I went in to find his light on and him on the floor. I asked him what happened a couple times and he just stared at me for a minute, crawled out of my lap and back into bed. Maybe he was sleep walking and/or trying to turn his light off, it was bizarre. He didn't say a word.

Maybe he didn't want to incriminate himself for still being awake. I don't know.
