Next Year's must win games

I think if we would have played and beat Georgia Tech, the CFP narrative may have been a little different since that missing game hurt our so-called strength of schedule.

Next year the P5 teams we play are Pittsburgh at home and UNC in Raleigh. Both teams are beatable. I recommend that as many fans as possible try to make the trip to North Carolina (it is just a little further than going to Atlanta). I think the date is 9-15-2018.

I normally budget for one away game per year. I was initially planning on Memphis next year, but now I will be going to Raleigh instead. This year I went to the Navy game and that was a GREAT decision!.

The story shifts to fit whatever narrative they want. A win over a 5-7 team that Virginia beat doesn’t do much to improve UCF resume which now consists of 4 wins over ranked teams and 8 wins over bowl teams. Media would have discounted the win over GT the same they did when UCF destroyed Maryland on the road.

It wasn't like a win over Georgia tech would have meant the difference between #12 and #4.

27 straight wins might though.
