And thank god for whoever booked that broadway show at University of Illinois to send the game to UCF!
It'd be worth it to see them deer in the headlights walking down Broadway. Then again, they can always see a Disney play if the Rockettes are to provocative for them.We want Richmond. I want nothing to do with TCU.
If UCF make it to the finals, it will be the first time we've played a team from the dominant basketball conferences that get most NCAA tournament at-large invitations: P5 + Big East. We played Miss. St. and Villanova back in the November tournament in Charleston, and the other 4 conferences during the NIT (Colorado from PAC12, Illinois from Big Ten, TCU from Georgia Tech from ACC (most likely to beat CSU Bakersfield). If we get past IL, TCU will be very tough game. We will certainly be the underdog no question.
Yeah, TCU and Georgia Tech, like Illinois and ISU were all "bubble" schools, and each would have been seeded 10 or 11 in the NCAA tournament. So UCF's list of opponents is like playing the alternate reality for the NCAA tournament.Don't forget GaTech has Coach Pastner! Old time memphis foe. I hope our season continues into the final (knock on wood).
