Deaths per 100K would have to jump 41% in FL to reach Indiana numbers and that would be assuming Indiana numbers don’t increase a bit.

I continue to shake my head in disbelief at the idiotic, partisan-blinded responses we're seeing across the country to a worldwide pandemic.

A few easy-to-follow instructions have been given to us by the experts on how we can safely live our lives without unnecessarily contributing to the spread of the virus. If we'd followed them from the beginning, we'd have entered this fall in much better shape than we have. But clearly, something like wearing a mask in public is way too inconvenient, too beta, and too unAmerican, for our Red Hat crowd to stomach.

So I'm guessing that when President Biden takes over and mask wearing in public becomes -- OH. MY. GOD. -- a requirement rather than "Gee, if you feel like it" suggestion, it will be a clarion call for a civil war, right guys?

Doctors and nurses who treat covid wear masks and they dont always catch covid. They are tested all the time to make sure. These are people who are right around infected people daily.

I think there is a psychological experiment of sorts here, yes. This kind of thing is pervasive in politics and is a part of human nature in general.

Just think back to the 1950s and 60s with "duck and cover". Yeah, if you see a nuclear bomb go off near you hide under your desk because it will save your life.
