Only way I could see it making sense is if you have guests outside your household over. That's what we do in my home. I don't see how they would make it mandatory though. Probably just a common sense recommendation.
Do you have some source claiming you could be arrested for not wearing a mask at home? Even if it’s theblaze or something I’m interested in seeing it. But yea if people outside of my household are over at my house I have them wear a mask and I’ll wear a mask. Unless it’s someone I can verify has little to no potential of having been exposed.
