3 dykes and a handicapped dog. I'd say that would be a great back story for a sitcom but unfortunately it's our countries vision of what the military should look like.
While I could care less for the lying politician in the middle, I have no problem with the overall message on diversity in the military ... with some limitations, of course.
There are some positions where you have to do the job, and officers have to qualify as high, if not higher, than the enlisted. Tearing down those things is just stupid.
And yes ... our own allies do not do it as well. The US Mass and Social Media lie about that. Heck, the British Royal Marines didn't even let women in at all until 5 years ago, and they aren't reducing their requirements.
