Or to put it another way, We're paying him how many millions$$$ for 4 wins? And there's not 1 fan that couldn't have coached a win v an FCS team.
What kind of coach can’t get his team fired up to win a final home game for the seniors and the team against a very beatable team?! Gus is already checked out and planning his Christmas vacation because all he cares about is his own financial security. ☹️
Our offensive play calls scream desperation. We are horrible and continue to run the same predictable unsuccessful plays! What does Terry need to see to realize this is not a successfully run football program and will continue to burrow further down as the years progress in the Big 12. Is that what you want Terry, a perennial bottomed dweller?
How could a headcoach in control of a program for three straight years look the fans in the eye and tell them this is the best he can do?!? This team has given up tonight, unfortunately which I can understand. The leadership is not there, nor is there an end desire to win.

gus was crap in the AAC and is crap in the big 12.
funny how gus was able to beat boise state twice, but they had a coach they quickly identified as not being able to meet their high standards and now look at them. and tcu hired avalos as their DC and gus was able to beat them. seems like gus needs to go up against a team with avalos on the staff every week.

they are not destroying us. our coaches are destroying us. Harvey stopped running and sat for 3 seconds in the middle of the field on the last Pick six. ball has to be there in stride. EJ is not ready to be on the field.
also he was sacked 3x for -25yds the previous drive. I am not sure we have any P4 level football coaches on our staff after this season. We were 8 point favorites in this game based on talent. No one has developed this talent.
