And the Judge in Florida is fine with that too.
What the judge was not fine with, and even US Federal Law is not fine with, is the Biden administration unilaterally deciding, last second, with no documentation, only a statement from the CDC leadership, that the mandate must continue.
Most justices are honestly tired of this.
They want the US Federal Government to actually follow its own rules, post a notice, have real experts weigh in, including those from medical schools, even the FDA and CDC experts too, along with the public and commerce state their impacts and issues, and for due process to happen.
The Biden administration chose not to do that weeks, even months ago, just like so many local and state authorities for the last 2 years. They believe they have every right to do what they want on-a-whim and silence all expert discourse and prevent all public and commercial input that doesn't agree.
Because the reality is this...
There is still 'input,' but it's all political and lobbying, not open discourse, especially from Pharma and big businesses.
And, again, most Justices are tired of it after 2 years and LIMITED TO NO, PUBLIC BENEFIT.
