Jones has taken it to new levels on the far-right, so the verdict wasn't a shocker. At the same time, it is ironic that the Mass Media highlights how much the families want to know how they make money.
Ummm ... 24 hour news pioneered it in the '90s, and it was the heyday of mass shootings. We've just entered Hyperbole 2.0 in the Mass and Social Media generation of the '10s and beyond.
It works for both 'camps' of 'narratives.' But it is sad that non-celebrities and everyday people are caught in the middle regardless, whether the Sandyhook familes, or the Covington Kids ... or all the way back to the alleged 'Unabubba' (Richard Jewel).
