If you look at the box score, UCF appeared to be running on all cylinders against Kent State. The Knights scored 56 points while posting 723 yards of total offense and punting just once the entire game. Darin Hinshaw, in his first season as UCF's offensive coordinator, still sees big room for improvement, particularly with correcting issues in quarterback John Rhys Plumlee's game that resulted in three turnovers.
