We have an AC and a player who speak French so that's a non-issue at UCF. Plus he's from Senegal, so he and Tacko bonded during his visit, and continue to communicate regularly.

Who's side are you on now? And Cal ain't one of the attendance leaders in the nation. In the AAC, he'd play in giant arena's like UConn, Memphis, and Cincy. Wash St., Oregon St., Utah aren't known for their attendance.
I just know it's not us or wake. Not sure if he went candy or cal. Don't care if it isn't us.

With Cal's Coach one of the favorites to take the Mizzou job, this is probably the main reason for the delay in his verbal announcement. (Can't sign till April Signing Period).

Looks like he is going to Cal (Outside of the coach leaving). If you look at his twitter followers it is a heavy lean towards Cal.
Does he currently live in/near Paris? If so, the semi-regular Berkley riots may remind him of home. Search for "Paris riot" on google. At any given time you'll find a story less than a month old.
you do know riots are not ONLY in Paris. Toulouse, lyon and Marsielle all had riots last year.
