A tenant in our Baldwin Park rental called to say that she thinks there's a leak in the house. We were just there with a plumber a couple of months ago as he repaired a leak coming from the downstairs toilet (bad original install job by the wood flooring guys who didn't run the wood right up to the waste line). So, that's been fixed, but she swears that things are getting worse. I suspect that it might be the result of residual moisture from the original problem; but, I want to call someone out just in case.
