About a 1k square foot pool,, gunite, needs new plaster, tile, coping, pool deck, all new equipment and lines. I’ve gotten 2 quotes so far, and am getting a third and final one in the next couple of weeks. Professional install, not doing it myself.
Keep in mind I’m in NJ and not in Florida so labor cost is going to be higher .
