I had to give a training class to all our new hires in our organization this morning, ones that have been here less than a year and was just shocked when I looked at the audience. Of the 15 people one white guy and the other 14 were diverse individuals. I know I work at a very liberal company that is big on Pushing DEI but was shocked to see the results in person. Curious if you all are seeing the same things in your work places or is it just my company because it's super liberal. Didn't mean for this to be a political discussion on whether it's good or bad but I'm sure it will turn to that.
