I am looking for some advice on rail transit in Europe, particularly in Italy. My daughter, Kendall, will be heading to Florence in a few weeks to study abroad. Since she only has classes three times a week, she will have four days to explore, and we want to make sure she has the best information on train travel, tickets, and deals.
We will also be joining her in late June for two weeks, so any recommendations for navigating Italy’s rail system—both for her solo adventures and our family trip—would be greatly appreciated.
