OT: Fanatics fail

I received the following email just about a half-hour ago:

I got excited since we live out of town and can't visit the bookstore. My daughter has been waiting for some UCF-branded Lulu merchandise, so I clicked the link that clearly states, "Shop In-Store and Online." However, clicking that link takes you to the UCF homepage on the Fanatics site. I checked down the left-side where the brands are listed and there's no mention of Lululemon. I did a search for Lululemon and got a message stating that there were no results. I clicked through pages and pages of items, and saw no Lululemon merchandise. I decided to chat with their online customer service and this was the exchange:

Fanatics: Hello! Thank you for contacting Fanatics Retail Group where exceptional service begins. My name is Andria. How can I help you today?

Me: You sent an email to shop the new Lululemon collection; however, clicking the link in the email takes you to the generic homepage. From there, there's no way to select "Lululemon" as a brand in the brands list on the left side of the page. Searching for "Lululemon" provides a result that says, "Sorry, your search for 'lululemon' provides no results." How do I access the UCF Lululemon collection online?

Fanatics: Thank you for bringing this to our attention, let me see if I can help you with this today. One moment while I research this.

Me: Thank you.

Fanatics: I was able to do some research and located the link to some of our featured Lulumelon UFC merch.
Is this what you are referring to?

Me: That link looks like it's for the Vegas Golden Knights NHL hockey team. I'm referring to the UCF Knights college team store.

Fanatics: That is the closest thing that came up on our site .Which is an indication that we may have not acquired that featured brand on our site as of yet for UFC. I do see that its being sold at the college bookstore, but I am unable to locate it on our site. I'm not really sure of the link that was sent to you, if it may have been falsely advertised. Im sorry. I can submit a ticket to marketing and see if we can find out some details and email you back if you would like?

Me: That would be great. And, just to clarify, I'm referring to UCF (you have "UFC" in your response above). I'm happy to forward the email I received this morning if you'd like.

Fanatics: Yes! if sorry about that UCF

Me: Ok, thank you.

I seem to remember someone on this board who works for Fanatics, so I thought I'd pass along this exchange. First world problems, I realize, but it's still a little frustrating.
