OT: Financial Advisor and Accountant Referrals

Sorry about the OT post but I've gotten a lot of good recommendations and advice on here and it's always appreciated.

I'm looking to retire soon (hopefully next year) and am looking for a financial advisor and potentially an accountant to help me out. It seems that every financial advisor wants you to move all your money into their firms but I really don't want to move my IRAs. I just want advisor services. Thanks!
