After watching yesterday's Magic game I think it is safe to say they gonna be swept in round 1 against the Celtics.

Magic stil down two of their top four scorers and really the heart and souls of the team.
This. No broom though. We're way too talented for that. Game 1 against the Cavs was rough last year. Let's see how Wednesday goes.
Heat will get swept. Cavs are too good this year. Only Boston in East can beat them.
They were saying the same thing in 22/23 when the 8th seed Heat blew through the Bucks, Knicks and Celtics on their way to the Finals.
Don't sleep on the Pacers. Siakam is very underrated. Just look at the Raptors with him and without him. He gives Indiana a chance against anybody in the East.
Only 1. The Miami Heat. The top 5 seeds in the West have at least 50 wins and even the 8th seed has 48!
The Magic finished 41-41 even with all of the injuries. They managed to do that while missin their top 2 players for a huge chunk of the season and while losing their top defensive player, in addition to their 6th man, for the season.
I’m a Cav fan so I’m biased. But I think this is the year they make it to Finals. Knicks don’t look as good as the last 2 years and Heat lost Jimmy. Boston- Cleveland for East buy Tatum is soft. Laying on ground because of his wrist. His Mom asked him if he wanted her to go to Orlando locker room for him. How embarrassing.
Tatum is out for game 2. Boston still a great team without him, but opens a sliver of hope that the Magic can get this series to G5/G6.
The Magic play too slow for the modern NBA and they are incompetent in the front office so all the young talent they do have will eventually want to leave.

Pregame I saw Magic were 7.5 dawgs and I thought they would keep it close so put a buck for Magic and +7.5 points.
With 11 seconds to go, The Magic were down 7 points and no reason to play out anymore. I was thinking I'm gonna win 95 cents on this.
However, the magic intentionally fouled and the Celtics made both free throws making them win by 9 points. I was like why why why? That foul was not necessary as they had already lost with not enough time. Conspiracy theorist wants me to say it was rigged.
Realist, just my dumb luck. Glad I only lost a buck.

Knowing the Celtics were going to win in a blow out and with Magic 11.5 dawgs I waited for the game to start before placing a bet. When the magic jumped up by 10 points early in the 1st the odds went way down so placed a buck bet for Celtics to win with no points. Won 45 cents! Big Roller I am.

The Magic were up and then Paolo picked up his 5th foul with a lil over 9 minutes left in the 3rd and sat for the rest of the quarter. The Celtics dominated from that point forward.
The Magic have to bring in a point guard who can dribble and shoot. A facilitator who can create off the dribble and open things up more for Paolo and Franz. That's all the team needs to go deeper.

Indiana looks pretty good. I haven't followed the NBA this year that much but remember someone telling me a couple months ago that Cleveland looks like the best team all season.

Yeah man it's gotta suck to be the #1 seed and have a second round exit. Their fans had high expectations. The Pacers were tough last year so I expected them to really challenge for the title this year. A Pacers vs Knicks Eastern Conference Finals would strike up memories of those old Reggie Miller and Patrick Ewing days.
