Ballys agreed on a land deal with the A's that will tear down the old Tropicana Hotel and the A's will build the smallest ballpark in MLB: 30,000 - 35,000 seat retractable dome (but with a ton of high roller seating...which most of the casinos/resorts will gobble up as season tickets for their top clients).
