Good morning. Recently I purchased a genuine UCF Varsity Team from a former UCF employee, Alex Labosco. He never used the jacket, it just sat in a closet, so he sold it to me. His name is embroidered in the left pocket.
It is a classic Varsity jacket. Leather sleeves, wool body. Made by Maverick, in Dallas Tx.
I had hoped to be able to wear it but I have lost a ton of weight this year ( not really a big guy so 15 lbs was significant!), and it looks like a tent on me. I never wore it. Thought my tall son might want it, but he has slimmed down as well...so he said find a better use for it.
It is perfect, and an unusual find.
Here is the deal. I wanted to get $200.00, but my proposal is to give me 35.00 for shipping and handling, and send me a check made out to Wounded Warriors foundation for 150.00 which I will forward to them, and you get the tax deduction. I will forward you the receipt when I get it for your documentation.
