I just got the new IPhone 16 and I can’t look at a page without it refreshing every couple seconds jumping all over the page to random spots and not where I was at after each refresh.
How do I get it to stop refreshing or turn this off? I tried doing a search on the forums and I couldn’t find anything so I’m posting it.
