I recently moved out to Apopka (yes willingly) and decided I'd check out UCF's business incubator out there. NO ONE IS EVER THERE. The old timers in Apopka don't know what it's for and then go on to talk about how they miss the yeast rolls from the Quincy's that used to be there and how the Angels diner across the street burned down and other stuff not relevant. So does anyone on here have any insight into this project and it's current status; just curious really.
