The same frat, Sigma Nu, who in just the last week or two received national coverage when one of their brothers was heard on a recording about a "rape chant", well, that same brother is now involved in a rape investigation that UCF has turned over to the State's Attorneys Office, plus UCF will be conducting their own Student Code Hearing (I think tomorrow) that will be private, even against the KnightNews wishes to be present.
Knight News is suing UCF’s Board of Trustees and UCF President John C. Hitt in order to allow the public to have a chance to monitor what goes on in these secret hearings just like they are allowed to monitor public court cases. -
