I understand the reason why Trump would not need to wear a mask from a practical safety standpoint. My only issue with his not wearing a mask in public was it was a minor driver for additional anti-mask sentiment amongst the general public.
And that is a valid issue. But if it is important that businesses like hair salons be closed because of prolonged close interactions, wouldn’t Pelosi’s acts be a minor driver for stylists to just go home to home plying their trade?

So obviously the salon didn’t know about the local restriction or they did know and figured they could take the opportunity for a gotcha moment.
