Saw this pop up on my Youtube... wasn't sure what to expect in terms of the question/answer, but I'm always down for long-winded Mike Gundy observational ramble.
Basically, the question was whether playing the four new Big 12 schools and not playing the traditional Texas teams "hurts recruiting." Gundy said players don't care. Basically said this generation of players is in their own world and don't pay attention to much. He said players they were recruiting didn't even know if they were in a bowl game or not.
