We are looking into finding an attorney, however it's complicated with us signing off on the house "as-is". But the sellers also had a disclosure of issues that was severely lacking detail and even contradictory in portions. Unfortunately the home inspector "doesn't search for mold", but he also failed to mention several leaks and obvious signs of damage (mold or otherwise). In my opinion, any good home inspector should bring anything to your attention if he thinks it could be a potential problem, instead he gave us his blessing (minus some electrical work that was already needed, which we knew). You're in OK?
@barrister1602 , anything you can do to help him legally? There has to be some laws in OK about this.
