I, as many of you, am EXTREMLY, angry right now. Watching this team this year honestly hurts me. We as fans though need to show who we are and support this team. We all know that fan support ie showing up for games and tv ratings are what drives the bus for expansion. I am asking all of you to please show up with me next week and to get the message out to support this team. In this age of social media we can make this go viral in a snap please, please help me and help the school we all love and let's get national attention for how much we all love this team

Lol we're getting plenty of national attention right now for being a ****ing joke. We could have 100k people there and it wouldnt matter for expansion, P5 conferences still need teams that can at least compete

Yes, we are getting national attention for playing like a joke and yes P-5 teams care about teams that can compete. The thing is though is that they also want to know that if we have a bad year that we are still a valuable team to them. Texas is getting f'd up by the stands are full. The bad years are where it shows your ture support. This year could be very valuable if we can still pack the stands and stand by this team. We have respect in college football. The P-5 teams know what we can do. They need to see that we will be there though good times and bad
Texas sells out if they are 5-0 or if they are 0-5 that's why they are the richest program in college football. We need to follow that example.
The only way we make it as a program is if the doners and ticket holders call the atheletic dept and tell them they aren't going to pay for this garbage
Texas sells out because it is in Texas and because the program has been around for 130 years.
The also know when they see garbage product, the doners and ticket holders can call out the school and the school does what they need to do instead of perpetuating the grabage. If they didn't take care of business like our program refuses to, then they wouldn't be selling out anymore
In fact Texas is probably the worst program you could use for your example, good job
Whether you want to admit or not, college football is a business. Right now the product being sold is abysmal and we're all paying for it. I will not pay for a service that fails. I wouldn't do it with any other facet of my life and won't do it here. No one would keep going to a mechanic that doesn't fix your car or breaks it worse. Being an advocate for firing a person for incompetence doesn't make me any less of a fan. Unfortunately, the only way real changes can be made is if the administration is made aware and is threatened by the power of the purse.
