I know the odds are stacked against both prospects, but what do you see as perhaps more likely - UCF being granted entry into the Playoff as a top-four team at the end of 2018 or 2019, or McKenzie Milton winning the Heisman during the same time frame?
If UCF were to go undefeated again (clearly the prerequisite for any sort of playoff discussion), I still can't see the committee ranking a non-P5 team any better than No. 5 or 6.
In a perfect scenario - perhaps a down year for blueblood school QBs or RBs - I could see a groundswell of support for McKenzie should UCF continue its run.
