Premium areas opening time

Someone on here mentioned that the Tower opens 3 hours before kick off. Last year, I remember it being 2 hours before kick off. I checked the UCF website and it says 3 hours before kick off. So I showed my happy azz up 3 hours before kick off and they wouldn't let me in.
