Except that its the truth. That part of Denver was industrial and rundown and is turning into bars, art galleries, and high end apartments. Good luck trying to stop that either with the amount of people moving to Denver.

What they really need to do is what Belfast does ... murals. Dedicated mural areas where you still get a bit of 'disturbing' views from residents.

Instead of letting it fester, you get it out in the open. It's no longer 'graffiti.' Works wonders for leaving a bit of the 'old neighborhood' intact and 'out there.'
