Joe Scarborough shared the FDR Administration's old WWII Hitler psychological profile on his Morning Joe show this morning.

According to US intelligence (Office of Strategic Services) at the time, Hitler's primary rules were the following:

"Never allow the public to cool off; never admit a fault or wrong; never concede that there may be some good in your enemy; never accept blame; people will believe a big lie sooner than a little one; repeat it frequently enough people will believe it."

'if the Republicans lose the House it's not my fault'

I've read and seen a lot docs about his rise in the late 20s/30s 3 and some of the tactics to drum up support with the scapegoats of soceity being new faces is eerily similar. But you can never bring it up without being accused of being unhinged.

Yup. I took a picture of a crazy example in the Netherlands Resitance Museum, talking about how in the rise up to WW2 the Dutch society was incredibly polarized, with each group getting it's own different news source. Scary how similiar it is to today.

Waaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!! You’re just a shook little bitchy snowflake, ninja.

hmmmmmmmmmm, I wonder who this could be.

Well, after way too much bullshit lets go with this.

Hitler may very well be the most effective leader in history. 100% evil but there are things to be learned from what he did, both as a warning and as a tool for good. He used hope, fear, and passion as tools to generate a movement. If someone with noble intentions should come to be a leader they could use those same tools for good. We also need to be aware that those tools are used by bad people as a way of manipulating us and can encourage us to act out of character.

Thanos was more likeable.

i cant believe im seeing the left praising hitler to put down trump. its like these people are unaware of the things that hitler actually did vs the things trump does in their heads.

Two things:
1) The only hint of 'praise' for Hitler in this thread came from Crazyhole who is a staunch conservative;

2) my OP was a psych profile of Hitler our country's intelligence did back in the early 1940s. If you want to use this thread to engage in another attack on the left, the irony is inescapable. :)

One thing about those dictators, Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, etc. They don't smoke or drink and neither does our president.

Yessirree, I'm responsible for pulling this country apart. Keep doubling down whenever pressed and never concede there could ever be any good in "your enemy"--let alone any value in his perspective.
You do your part as well.
92% of the media coverage on trump in this country is negative. he does things i dont like, mostly on twitter, but its is not 92% bad. im just providing a counter point to that insanely slanted perspective.

all the comparisons to trump get old and just water down the evils that hilter actually committed. i understand that you guys have tds but hes not literally hitler.

No one has said he is hitler.

Please post proof of your claims that you have seen "left wing blogs praise hitler"

You literally just posted a thread that drew thinly veiled parallels between Hitler and Trump. I mean my God.

You have to be kidding. I absolutely did not praise him. Looking at him objectively he was clearly an evil man that was given a talent for getting people to follow him. He used that talent and it was horrific. Anyone capable of convincing people that genocide is a noble cause is an exceptionally influential leader.

Why do you love Hitler so much?

No you didn't. Please note that my earlier post had the word, 'praise,' in quotation marks. My meaning was simply that you were the only one on this thread to say anything remotely positive about the guy.

My apologies to you and anyone who read it if my meaning was taken the wrong way.

Your meaning goes both ways. Just like your wife.

Wayne is spouting BS, third time I've asked for proof his insane claim that liberals are supporting Hitler in tweets or blogs.

Obvious bullshit from a known bullshiter. Sad.
