The UCF Knights football team outlasted Boise State 18-16, winning on a last second field goal from sophomore kicker Colton Boomer. UCF continued to put up yards on offense, but struggled in the end zone, setting the stage for Boomer to hit 4 field goals, including two over 50 yards. Head Coach Gus Malzahn was pleased to leave Boise with a road win, noting the home field advantage Boise has enjoyed over the past 2 decades.
