Way too early for prediction but definitely could happen . UCF is going all in on revenue sharing . He has already stated that the prospect of playing at home or being hometown hero is enticing .

Frost went to see him (and other recruits) at an event…that causes the “prediction” to go up at this point. It means NOTHING.
