He’s definitely more mobile than Rizk. He has the skill set to move, I just don’t think that the OC at Indiana really relied on the QB’s legs like that.

Plus, those were the games he got to play because the starting QB was injured so I’m sure they wanted to limit the QB runs/Option plays to prevent him from getting injured which is why those were only tried near the goal line.

I haven't seen any film or tape where he is very mobile. Seems to be more of a dropback QB to me.
