Any chance that Gus would turn over the reins to a Red Zone Coordinator? Feels like we have a real need for change in this area. It might also allow Gus to save face if not done publicly. Not sure if Harris or Hinshaw is that guy.
This area seems ideal for a young OC. Short field and short playbook. A need to balance substitutions vs mismatches. Feels like some new blood for clock management would be helpful as well.
