UCF Head Football Coach Gus Malzahn met the media to talk about several staff changes coming in the 2024 season. After a 6-7 campaign, Malzahn called the performance unacceptable and vowed that the upcoming season would be different. Part of the difference will be changes in the coordinator roles on both sides of the ball, first with new Defensive Coordinator Ted Roof, and now with new Offensive Coordinator Tim Harris, Jr. Both coaches are familiar with Malzahn, and he thinks that is important component of success.
