Roth Tower expansion

If there is such a long waiting list to get into the Roth Tower Club, why aren't they expanding the Roth Tower?

It was cheaper to turn the seats below the "Tower Club" into "Club Seats." UCF isn't really rolling in money to expand the tower.

If people want to spend money sitting there, why not expand the tower?

If we wanted the poors in there, we would have called it "general admission" tower or shaped it like a pirate ship.
