Wonder if the courts uphold any of this when the law suits ensue. I don’t see how a judge can reasonably say this doesn’t violate academic freedom or free speech?

I agree. But if a judge can ban an abortion pill that was approved by the FDA and been used for over two decades on the grounds that it was “not adequately tested,” reason has left the courtroom.
