Heupel does develop QBs. His track record speaks for itself. With Heup, it’s really about him figuring out clock management so that his defense doesn’t run out of gas. Like anything, though, if Tennessee can just flat out pay for talent, that talent will most likely overcome coaching deficiencies. It always has.
