Although he spent the majority of the summer in Orlando,
Tristan Spurlock made several trips home to the Washington, D.C., area, and the
return to the nation's capital was certainly worthwhile from a basketball
standpoint. The forward, who is entering his junior campaign at UCF, played in seven
total games in the famed Kenner League and helped his team claim the
championship title.
....
"This
was a good opportunity," Spurlock said. "I had the chance to focus on a lot of the
things that I was working on all summer. It was a chance for me to be more
aggressive. I wasn't just a shooter. I had the chance to push the ball and take
the ball to the basket."

Spurlock can be a game changer is become more aggressive driving the basketball and going down in the post. I'm really looking forward to him this season.
