I was on the concourse at the north end at halftime. Outside there were what seemed to be 1000 or so students waiting for a chance to get in. The gates remained closed. Why would they still be waiting? Is there a policy to let more in as people leave?
You have to hand it to our students. CJH said at 60 minutes prior to kickoff the end zone seats were already packed. He's never seen anything like it anywhere he's been.
Also at the game vs usf last year, the announced was 47K+ Last night's announced was 44K+. Doesn't that mean there was more capacity somewhere in the stadium? Or are they counting differently now. Looking around, they sure weren't inflating the numbers.
