That looks like some bs from anti-abortion site, probably photoshopped. It's definitely not a baby according to dictionary.com. Most abortions don't occur in the 3rd trimester, though as we know you all don't really care about facts.

Why should ANY be done at that time, unless the baby is surely going to die and the mother along with it? It's a full grown newborn at that point, the only difference is a matter of weeks.

Only left wing zealots insist that late term abortions should be legal.

I agree. It's a tough choice but one that should be made early in the pregnancy, unless there is a serious health concern.
