In reality, I don't think the President can do much, and Congress is pretty much special interest with even more power growing. Although Biden did inhibit things that have made our energy crisis even far worse, especially domestically.

If I'm a producer, the US is the last place I want to invest in ever again. As I said before, this is Atlas Shrugged, regardless of what one might think of Ayn Rand. No one wants to invest in the US right now, and energy providers are not dropping new money.

Welcome to the centrally planned, only government funded, Soviet system ... culture will be mandated, religion will be outlaws, and private ownership and wealth will be taxed overall in a compounding system at over 100% so a penalty to have versus not.
