Regardless of what side of the coin you are on, Trump ran on a platform and he is executing on that platform, quickly.
Most voters complain that politicians promise the world and never truly act on it. You are witnessing a man that is doing exactly that... What he said he would do.

He ran on a platform of closing the borders and lowering prices. Your point is fair with regards to the borders, but he certainly isn't lowering prices and tariffs will make them go up. He also didn't run on cutting soc security, Medicare, and Medicaid, but the Republican budget that just passed has cuts to Medicare and Medicaid.
Truly bad behavior on both sides. I get more disgusted by Washington every day. Scary thing is these people make the rules for us.
They don't specify the cuts, but have said Medicare is not on the block. Medicaid is and needs to be. As for inflation, Some of what he is doing may make it worse short term. So fact check says you are partly truful. Medicare and Medicaid need to be addressed and very soon. Both are close to going upside down. I am now on Medicare, and will state openly it has to be fixed thru cuts in service, higher Part B premiums, or tax increases. {probably all of the above}The idiots in Washington have avoided it forever and now the fix will hurt more than it ever needed to hurt.
Nothing you said changes the fact that he didn't run on cutting it. And also, you can pay for some of this stuff without extending the Trump tax cuts, but that obviously isn't going to happen since that's all Republicans tend to care about.
And you are correct in that they don't specify the cuts, but there is basically no way to get to the number they want to cut without cuts to these things.

I liked much of what he said, I agree with most of what he is doing, and yes I voted for him. That said I would have preferred he stand above the crowd rather than lowering himself to it's level.Majority of Americans loved the speech.

Trump is Trump and isn't capable of doing that. The Democrats behavior was off the charts bad. Anyone who supports those actions isn't an American. TDS is alive and well.
