What in the actual fuk? When has factual accuracy been a requirement to obtain an FCC license? Also why is the POTUS tweeting about this? Is this really one of the most important things we are facing as a country?

I don't see where he threatened their first amendment. OTA broadcast is a privilege, not a right. HuffPo can't broadcast OTA, is their first amendment being infringed on?

You're being obtuse. OTA broadcast is a privilege, but one previously granted. To revoke it based on "objectionable" content that doesn't violate current rules of their license would be a violation of their 1st amendment rights. HuffPo could broadcast OTA if they wanted to under current rules. They have not chosen to find a OTA outlet. The rules are not what's keeping them from doing so.
Again, this is hypothetical because there is no such license.
