The President can not pull a network off the air. He can't force the FCC to do it. Stop over reacting to dumb Trump troll tweets.
I'm surprised you guys haven't yet realized this is Trump's bread and butter. He drives the media cycles and makes every story about him. He is driving up the ratings of all of these news outlets and they're making a killing off of him. Don't think for a second that he doesn't know what he's doing. It's a shame all of us continued to get triggered as he will continue to do this and won't stop until it no longer works.

So if a circuit court judge tweeted: "Maybe I'll just find all child moslesters not guilty", we're supposed to just say, "Meh, it's just twitter, he's trolling"
Also, the president appoints all the FCC commissioners and can demote anyone from that post, so when he says the "FCC should do this" he can't directly change anything, but he effectively hires and fires those people.

A judge can unilaterally decide the outcome of trials. Trump can not shut down a news network. Even if he somehow got the FCC to cut of their OTA, which would never happen, they still have cable, internet, print, etc, etc, etc. Again, Trump can not shut down a news network or take them off the air.
Yep, it's Trump's main, 1st Amendment violation that is getting everyone riled up. Even all but the most right-wing Conservatives, who complain about the mainstream US media, recognize that yanking a license is not something the President should joke about.
We only found out about Obama's main, 1st Amendment in 2013, not realizing how far his spat with Fox News had actually gone in 2009. The justification of going after leakers, to do all sorts of things that we only found out about later. It was beyond his "not real news network" type comments.
I just hope Trump is just all talk. We'll see. But if there is anything that happens as a result of Trump's mouth ... it tends to alienate a lot of moderates and even many Conservatives.
Some would argue Obama as guilty of this too in his final 2 years, just without the unfiltered Twitter feed. Not to Trump's effect, but definitely had the government spend a lot of time on chases that we're questionable.
