Announced yesterday:

From Awful Announcing's article on April 18th:
I could definitely get behind Turner as the primary rights holder for the Big 12. An "Inside the NBA" style show for the Big 12 could be a lot of fun. As far as I can tell the only thing TNT runs on Saturday is NCIS: New Orleans re-runs and then some movies.
Maybe ESPN as the secondary rights holder if that relationship can get fixed up by a new commissioner.

How would CBS, Turner, or NBC get into the picture?
First off, I think Turner is really unlikely here. Ourand’s article said they were the only one of the listed companies yet to pitch the Big Ten. It wouldn’t surprise me if that meeting actually ended up never happening. That said, and to their credit, they did seemingly come out of nowhere to acquire NHL rights a year ago.
