It could be plausible that the passenger assailed the driver and attacked him, possibly while driving which put them both in danger.

I am unaware of his race. I havent read anything on this. All I know about this story is that it was at 230am and a drugged out uber rider attacked and a good Samaritan gun owner who defended himself.
