I just installed the UCF App on my phone for the first time and when I go to "View/Manage My Tickets," it says "You have not purchased or received tickets for any events." I bought season tix for football and they've been fully paid for.
Should I expect to see that message at this point or did the tix somehow not get associated with my account?
